Who should be Bermuda's next National Hero?

Dame Lois Browne-Evans was our first national hero, but whose life should we be celebrating next? Government is now seeking input from the public on who our next national hero should be. September 30 is the deadline for submissions. Check out www.communityandculture.bm for details, but in the meantime, here are some people who could be considered for the honour. GLADYS MISICK MORRELL
She led the 30-year battle to give women the vote and also co-founded the district nursing service, which gave numerous Bermudians, pregnant women, newborns and the elderly in particular, access to affordable health care.
